Construction Packages Available – To ensure we meet the individual requirements of all of our clients we have tailored a range of packages to suit including,

Supply Only
This package involves the manufacture and supply of materials / products / systems for installation by a third party. All relevant installation details are supplied to ensure installation is achieved as smoothly as possible and to the highest achievable quality by the persons responsible.

Supply Only with Technical Assistance
This package has been developed in addition to the basic Supply Only option to ensure Technical backup is available from Craftwork if required.

At Craftwork we are fully aware that when materials / products / systems arrive on site to be installed by a third party, it is wrong to expect the installers to be fully conversant with the recommended installation methods of the materials / products / systems in question. We have found on a number of occasions that the installation of our products has been included within the package of a third party sub-contractor whom may never have previously installed such products.

As a result we can arrange on site assistance by either a member of our technical team or site installation team who will assist with the commencement of the installation until such time that the third party installer(s) are happy with the recommended processes to achieve full installation to a high standard.

Supply & Fit
Unlike our competitors, Craftwork offer a full in-house Supply & Fit package undertaken by time served craftsmen with years of both factory and site experience.

This package ensures the required materials / products / systems are delivered and installed to the highest standard resulting in complete satisfaction to all parties including Client, Architect and Main Contractor. Our installations are always undertaken by Craftwork employees and not by third party companies under the ‘Recommended Installers’ banner. In the majority of situations these ‘Recommended Installers’ are in fact alternative businesses, some of which are involved in completely different core activities, who ‘turn their hand’ to installations purely so that the Supply only company has some method of offering Supply and Fit. This method of Supply Only companies providing supply and fit packages can however be both expensive and unpredictable as costs are inflated due to both the supply company and the installation company allowing for cost + overheads + profit within their figures. The installation company also has to juggle their own core business requirements with that of the Supply only company they install for which can in turn result in lead time, labour resource, experience, quality and reliability issues.

Craftwork pride themselves on being able to offer an unrivalled Supply and Fit package undertaking all aspects of the project requirements from design through to manufacture, delivery, installation and handover. This package also offers the Client and Main Contractor the reassurance of a 12 month defects period assigned to the company responsible for the product and installation.
