CSL04 - Secret Fix Panel Hanging System(Registered Design)

The CSL04 bespoke panel hanging system has been designed and develeoped for use in a number of internal cladding applications and with a variety of differing materials and products to help achieve a completely secret fix cladding solution.

This system has a number of measurable advantages over existing split batten / clip systems including;

- Extruded aluminium material ensuring strength, resiliance and accuracy
- Suitable for all types of panel systems irrelivant of thickness or weight.
- Mirror image design for simplicity
- Angled / Stepped overlap achieving a 'clunk / click' friction fit to overcome the 'pop off' issue related to split batten systems.
- Complete lateral adjustment and simple vertical adjustment (if required)
- Centre line mark to ensure accuracy during installation
- Screw fixing points to ensure accuracy and optimum positioning of fixings.
- Bonding Teeth to provide a perfect key for adhesive fixing methods.
- Simple handling achieved by the 2500mm standard lengths.
