Craftwork Services Ltd are committed to continuous improvement in areas involving the Environment and Sustainable Resource and will therefore seek only to procure timber from reputable sources.

Craftwork Services will therefore;

- Secure timber from independently certified, well managed sources wherever possible, e.g FSC or similar.

- Where a supply of third party certified material is not available timber will only be purchased from suppliers who the company have approved.

- Approve suppliers of timber on the basis of their Environmental policy, procedures and verification processes, relating to the sourcing of timber

- Use all reasonable endeavours to secure independent certification of all timber and, in the event that this cannot be secured, verify that material has been obtained from a well managed source.

- Bring this policy to the attention of its employees and members of its supply chain,e.g. Customers and Suppliers and gain their support in its implementation.

- Include the requirements of this policy within the Company management Systems.

Company Directors are responsible for ensuring that the requirements of this policy are embedded in the Company System. Management are responsible for its implementation.

This policy will be made available to the public and interested third parties. It will be reviewed on an annual basis and updated as necessary to ensure it is
consistent with developments in the sourcing and use of sustainable timber and wood based products.
