Craftwork range of column casings are principally manufactured from the following materials (click on each material for more information);
1). Preformed Plywood (to receive high pressure laminate finishes);
2). Preformed MDF (for painting / decoration);
3). Metal (either stainless steel or powder coated aluminium);
4). GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic);
5). GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum for site painting / decoration);
6). Panel Columns (Made from a wide range of flat sheet material).
These materials give our column range great flexibility and scope for both internal and external cladding applications.
They can provide both aesthetic and cost effective solutions to the encasement of most building elements including structural members (ie. steel / concrete) and mechanical and electrical services. Furthermore, they can simply be used to provide an exciting architectural feature.
Craftwork can help you to identify the key performance requirements of a specific application to establish the most appropriate casing solution.
We have our own in house design team and utilise the latest design software including Auto-CAD & Auto-desk Inventor. We have the capability to modify and adapt existing designs or develop new bespoke designs to suit individual applications.
Other services include cost modelling & value engineering.
All our products can be purchased on either a "supply only", "supply & fix" or "supply with technical support" basis.
